- Proof of the Date of Birth from the Municipality or any other competent authority
- Mark sheet of the previous class
- SLC / TC issued by the school last attended
- Aadhar Card and a Proof of Residence
- Migration Certificate, if any
- School / Board registration Card, if any
- Six copies of the passport-size photographs of the child and one photo each of the parents
- Medical Fitness Certificate
- Photocopies of the Parents’ Photo ID’s including Aadhar Card
- A copy of ITR/Income Certificate
- A copy of Caste Certificate, if any
- Board’s Registration Card, if any
Note: Particulars of a child will remain the same as mentioned in the SLC issued by the previous school and the birth certificate.
