ADMISSION PROCEDURE

Registration
An advance registration with non-refundable registration fee is compulsory for any new admission to the school.
Registration can be completed online or offline through the school website. Mere registration does not guarantee admission. It depends on the personality assessment and other criteria.
Aptitude / Admission Test
Only a registered child will be eligible for admission test.
Admission chiefly depends on the personality assessment and other criteria combined with assessment of English and Mathematics to judge the suitability of the student for a particular class.
Interaction
Interactive Session: An interactive session with the school head will be conducted after passing the written exam by the candidate.
The school will contact parents to invite them for a short interaction. We recommend both parents to be available for the meeting.
Recommendation by Admission Committee: Decision of the Admission Committee will be final and based on the assessment and other criteria; the school reserves the right to offer or refuse admission without assigning any reason.
Approval
Principal’s Decision: Decision of Principal is irrevocable and cannot be challenged in any court.
Fee Deposit & Document Submission: Admission fee is to be deposited within a week of approval of admission along with the required documents.

Passing Criteria
Students must achieve the minimum required marks in all subjects and maintain satisfactory attendance to be promoted to the next class. Overall performance, including exams, class tests and participation, is considered.
Minimum Qualifying Marks
Candidate must score at least 40–50%to qualify.
Sectional Cut-off
Candidate should secure the minimum required marks in each subject/section (e.g., English, Mathematics, General Awareness).
Overall Performance
Both accuracy and overall percentage will be considered for selection.
Interview/Interaction Round
Students clearing the written test may also need to qualify in an interview/oral interaction.
Document Verification
Admission will be confirmed only after successful verification of eligibility documents.
Fees, dates & payment.
School fees are charged on a monthly basis. The rules below cover payment deadlines, late fees, accepted payment methods and related charges.

Any delay will entail a fine of Rs 10/- per day up to 15 days. Beyond this, it will result in automatic removal of the student’s name from the school rolls and suspension from classes/exams.

Fee can be deposited at any branch of the bank concerned in India in cash, online/digital mode, Account Payee Cheque or Demand Draft drawn in favour of Rishikul Vidyapeeth Alipur. In case the cheque bounces, the penalty/fine will be borne by the parents.

Parents must mention the name and class of the child in the online/digital transaction.

Parents should collect the receipt for every payment of fee and other miscellaneous charges made over the fee counter or elsewhere on the school campus.

Expenses on uniform, books, stationery, maintenance of personal belongings, participation in co-curricular activities, etc. will be exclusively borne by parents.

The school fee does not include any refundable security or insurance.

If a student wants to change the school, the application for SLC/TC must be submitted before 31 March, otherwise one month fee and applicable annual & other charges will be realized.

If a student attends the school even for a single day and later applies for the SLC, one month fee and other applicable charges will be realized.

Fee once deposited is neither refunded nor adjusted in any other account under any circumstances.

Board Exam and Registration Fee are exclusive of the tuition fee and are to be paid as per the instructions of the Board.
